Should I pre-order Pretty Prism Tarot now or wait until it is ready to ship?
We’re just as excited as you are to bring Pretty Prism Tarot into the world! Because this is a limited edition deck, we highly recommend placing a pre-order to reserve your copy. We’re producing only 1,000 decks in the first print run (plus the number of pre-orders we receive).
The first 100 pre-orders will receive expedited shipping (flown directly from the manufacturer instead of arriving via freight shipping).
You won’t be charged the full amount until your deck is ready to ship. At the time of pre-order, only a deposit is required:
• $25 for a standard deck
• $50 for the full bundle set
How long will shipping take?
Priority Shipping (first 100 pre-orders): 2–3 business days
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–8 business days
International Shipping: Up to 15 business days

What countries do you ship to?

The price for this tarot deck is quite high. What justifies the price range?
We’re a small, passionate team committed to creating a truly luxurious tarot experience. Pretty Prism Tarot is our debut deck, lovingly crafted over five years. Every detail from the custom illustrations by our dedicated artist, to the premium cardstock, hand-stamped foiling, and the thoughtfully written guidebook was designed with care, quality, and the needs of serious tarot readers in mind.
This isn’t just a deck, it’s an heirloom-quality tool meant to last for years of meaningful use. Our pricing also reflects rising international production costs and tariffs under the current U.S. administration.
That said, we understand this is an investment. Once decks are in stock and ready to ship, payment options like Klarna and Affirm will be available to make purchasing more accessible.
Can I get a refund for my purchases?
It depends. For example if you wish to withdraw your deposit for the deck, or any other Pretty Prism Tarot products you may do so at anytime. However, if the deck has been shipped you are only eligible for a refund if the deck is still sealed. Tarot is a spiritual tool and it is preferred and best practice to use unopen decks to ensure we best comply with the needs of our costumer base. You can read more about our refund policy in our terms of service. We do perform a quality check on our cards but mistakes do happen. If your deck has a quality issue of any kind we our happy to replace the deck or issue a refund within 30 days. For apparel and other items you can return unworn or unopened for any reason within 30 days.
Is the artwork A.I.?
Not at all. Our illustrator is a master painter with classical training in fine arts. Some of her work has even been exhibited at the Smithsonian and the Society of Illustrators in NYC. Pretty Prism Tarot is the result of five years of meticulous planning and hand painting.
Do you offer readings?
Not at the moment. However, we are open to offering readings at events and exhibits—especially those that cater to anime and magical girl fans.
